Research on key factors identification of construction project quality control based on AHP-DEMATEL model
Based on the specific characteristics of the actual construction projects,this paper conducts case analysis and proposes a hierarchical model to identify and summarize the factors affecting the construction quality of the project through the combination of questionnaire survey and expert interviews.In AHP-DEMATEL model,the comprehensive influence weight of human quality,construction organization design,quality awareness and technical scheme are larger,implying the key factors that have the greatest influences in the quality control process of the construction project.According to these key factors,the corresponding optimization measures for the quality control of the project are proposed to guide the construction of the project.
