Research and application of intelligent control system for power plant stacker reclaimer
This paper carries out an in-depth exploration and practical application of the intelligent control system for power plant stacker reclaimers.By analyzing the operating principle of stacker reclaimers and the shortcomings of existing intelligent control systems,a system architecture was designed and implemented,and improvements were made to the stacker reclaimers in terms of autonomous adjustment control and fault detection.Besides,the effectiveness and superiority of this system were verified through practical application cases in power plants.The research results indicate that intelligent control systems can significantly improve the operational efficiency of stacker reclaimers and contribute to the development of automation in the power industry.
