Meta-analysis of risk factors for pulmonary infection after surgery for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage
Objective:To analyze the risk factors of postoperative pulmonary infection in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:The literatures need to meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and are related to risk factors studies, searched among CNKI,Wanfang,CQVIP,PubMed,EMBASE,Web of Science and Cochrane Library, ranging from the establishment of the database to April 2024,and then were evaluated the quality evaluation and extraction of odds ratio(OR)and 95%CI,through RevMan5.4 software.Results:13 articles involving a total of 689 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhagemet met the requirements.Through Meta analyzing,it is found that the risk factors included smoking history, diabetes, hypoproteinemia, mechanical ventilation time, invasive operation,tracheotomy,GCS<8,nasal feeding. The results of descriptive analysis showed that age and GCS were related to postoperative pulmonary infection. Conclusion:There are many risk factors for pulmonary infection in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Identifying risk factors as soon as possible and taking relevant prevention and control measures are conducive to reducing the incidence of pulmonary infection.
