Progress of research in exercise regulation of glucose uptake in skeletal muscle cells
Glucose uptake regulation in skeletal muscle exercise involves complex signaling pathways.Studies shows that exercise could enhance glucose uptaking and improve the sensitivity of insulin which is remarkable to prevent resistance of insulin and diabetes. This paper summarizes the process of glucose absorption and movement mechanism in skeletal muscle, focusing on the core role of GLUT 4 protein and the influencing factors of AMPK,CaMK,ROS and NO.Examining the effect of physical activity on blood glucose intake and evaluating the adjustment effect of diet and exercise on insulin receptivity, contributes a deeper understanding of the physiological mechanisms and provides theoretical support for the treatment of metabolic diseases.
