元器件贮存期漫谈

随着电子产品行业的飞速发展,对元器件的储贮存可靠性提出了越来越高的要求,元器件的贮存已经从原来的装机前的贮存逐步发展到更广义的元器件非工作状态或低功耗状态工作模式,在现代电子产品中,非工作状态或低功耗状态非常普遍,大到武器系统如导弹的引信及弹载计算机,小到大众生活中如汽车安全气囊,空调待机系统等。本文对电子元器件的贮存可靠性进行了探讨,并就元器件的贮存失效模式、影响贮存期的因素以及存期确定的原则进行了阐述。
With the rapid development of electronics industry, the demands of storage reliability of components become higher and higher . The storage of components has been gradualy developed from the original storage before instalation to the more generalized storage of components that are in inactive state or low power comsumption state. Among modern electronic products which are as big as weapons systems like missile fuse and onboard computer or are as smal as objects of everyday life like automotive airbags and air-conditioning system,etc,inactive state or low power consumption state is very common. In this paper, storage reliability of electronic components are discussed,and the storage failure mode of components, the factors which affect the storage period and the principles that decide the storage term are expounded.
