细胞分裂素合成关键基因ipt应用研究进展

本文介绍了细胞分裂素的种类和生物合成过程,阐述了异戊烯基转移酶是细胞分裂素生物合成过程中的重要限速酶,其编码基因ipt已被克隆并在植物基因工程得到广泛应用。重点综述了转化ipt基因可增加植物内源细胞分裂素的含量,在延缓叶片衰老、提高作物产量、诱导单性结实、抗旱、抗病虫害、抗寒等方面起到了显著作用,并分析了ipt基因在植物基因工程中应用研究方向。
In this paper, the species and biosynthetic process of cytokinins are introduced. Isopentenyl-transferases catalyze the rate-limiting step of cytokinin biosynthesis, and its coding genes have been cloned and used widely in plant genetic engineering .The overview of the ipt gene transformation can be increased endogenous cytokinin content which has significant effect in retard leaf senescence, increase crop yield, induced parthenocarpy, drought resistance, disease resistance and insect resistance, cold resistance and other aspects.At the same time, the paper analyzed the application and research direction of the ipt gene in plant gene engineering.
