摘要
目前,我国社会不断进步,国有企业发展迅速,国有企业纪检监督工作主要包含企业生产经营的重点、改革发展的难点和群众反映的热点,以及"人、财、物、产、供、销"等各个领域和环节.国有企业纪检监督工作质效的优劣直接关系到企业的发展和稳定.因此,国有企业必须锻造一支干净、担当的纪检队伍,健全监督体系,顺应企业生产经营改革发展趋势,切实发挥纪检监督的作用,防范国有资产的流失,保证国有企业快速、稳定、长效发展.
Abstract
At present,with the continuous progress of our society and the rapid development of state-owned enterprises,the key points of discipline inspection and supervision of state-owned enterprises mainly include the key points of enterprise production and operation,the diffculties of reform and development and the hot spots reflected by the masses,as well as various fields and links such as"people,finance,materials,production,supply and sales".The quality and effciency of discipline inspection and supervision in state-owned enterprises is directly related to the development and stability of enterprises.Therefore,state-owned enterprises must forge a clean and responsible discipline inspection team,improve the supervision system,integrate into the overall situation of enterprise production and operation reform and development,effectively play the role of discipline inspection and supervision,prevent the loss of state-owned assets,and ensure the rapid,stable and long-term development of enterprises.
