Under the background of big data,the training mode of enterprise employees'emergency ability becomes particularly important.This paper introduces the importance of emergency ability training under the background of big data,analyzes the problems existing in the current training mode,aims to analyze the current training mode of enterprise employees'emergency ability,and puts forward some improvement suggestions to improve the emergency ability of enterprise employees.
