This article explores the importance of unified registration of natural resource rights,taking the Beipiao Bird Fossil National Nature Reserve as an example,analyzed key issues such as scope delineation,ownership unit division,data analysis,and extraction of natural resource patch attributes in natural resource ownership confirmation.At the same time,regarding the types of paleontological fossil resources not covered by the"Guidelines for the Registration of Natural Resource Rights(Trial)",this article conducts exploratory research on its rights confirmation,and corresponding solutions were proposed.
