近些年随着我国氟工业的发展,工业含氟废水排放量逐年快速增长,已对人类健康和环境造成了不利的影响。国内的学者已针对不同浓度、不同种类的工业含氟废水处理工艺做了很多试验探究,研究成果在实践中也得到了广泛的应用,但是普遍存在处理成本高、处理效果不稳定的问题。我国的水资源紧缺,废水处理回用于生产不失为一种很好的节约水资源的方法,因此国家也大力提倡废水处理近零排放,以实现污水资源化。随着氟化物排放标准的日趋严格,针对不同行业水质各异的含氟废水,开发更贴合工程实际的新方法组合和新材料来实现低成本、高效率除氟及回用将成为今后研究的热点和重点。
Brief Analysis on Treatment and Reuse of Industrial Fluorinated Wastewater
In recent years,with the vigorous development of fluorine industry,the discharge of industrial fluorinated wastewater has increased rapidly year by year,which has caused adverse effects on human health and environment.Domestic scholars have made a lot of experiments on the treatment of industrial fluorinated wastewater with different concentrations and different types,and the research results have been widely used in practice,but there are widespread problems of high treatment cost and unstable treatment effect.The shortage of water resources is a big problem in China,wastewater reusing for production is a good way to save water resources,so the state now is promoting near zero discharge wastewater treatment,in order to achieve sewage resources.With the increasingly strict discharge standards of fluoride,the development of new method combinations and new materials which are more suitable for engineering practice to achieve low cost and high efficiency defluorination and reuse will become the focus of future research.
