LNG运输罐车事故危险性分析及处置对策研究

目前,随着社会经济的迅速发展,环境污染问题愈发严重。为积极践行习近平总书记提出的"绿水青山就是金山银山"的理念,社会各界倡导使用清洁绿色的能源。液化天然气(简称LNG)是目前存储量多、最常使用的清洁能源之一,因其具有沸点低、可燃、燃烧热值高、气液比大等特性被广泛使用。但其使用、运输的危险性也逐渐增大,不断出现因交通事故导致的LNG汽车罐车倾翻、泄漏、着火和爆炸等事故,LNG罐车的运输安全问题得到广泛关注。LNG汽车罐车是LNG运输的重要手段,运输风险较高,事故处置措施以及技术显得非常重要。LNG汽车罐车事故一般可分为未泄漏事故、泄漏事故、着火爆炸事故3类。基于此,对LNG自身的危险性、未泄漏与泄漏事故的危险性、火灾爆炸事故的危险性及相关类型的事故处置技术进行论述和研究,并结合连霍高速LNG运输车辆倾翻处置案例、罐车泄漏处置案例、包茂高速LNG泄漏处置案例等具体案例对不同罐车事故的处置过程、处置技术以及处置人员的防护措施进行研究。通过分析不同情况的LNG汽车罐车事故,提出LNG运输罐车在公路运输事故发生时消防救援人员的相关处置对策。
Study on Accident Risk Analysis and Disposal Countermeasures of LNG Transport Tanker
Liquefied natural gas(LNG)is currently one of the most widely used clean energy sources with a large storage capacity.It is widely used due to its low boiling point,flammability,high combustion heat value,and high gas-liquid ratio.However,the danger of its use and transportation is gradually increasing,and accidents such as LNG tanker overturning,leakage,fire,and explosion caused by transportation vehicle accidents continue to occur.The transportation safety of LNG tankers has received widespread attention.LNG tanker trucks are an important means of LNG transportation,with high transportation risks.Accident handling measures and technology are very important.LNG tanker accidents can generally be divided into three categories:non leakage accidents,leakage accidents,and fire and explosion accidents.Based on this,the danger of LNG itself,the danger of non leakage and leakage accidents,the danger of fire and explosion accidents,and related types of accident disposal technologies are discussed and studied.Combined with specific cases such as the dumping disposal of LNG transport vehicles on Lianhuo Expressway,the leakage disposal of tank trucks,and the leakage disposal of LNG on Baomao Expressway,the disposal process,disposal technology,and protective measures for disposal personnel of different tank truck accidents are studied.By analyzing LNG tanker accidents in different situations,propose relevant disposal measures for firefighting and rescue personnel in the event of LNG transport tanker accidents on highways.
