Optimisation of Conditions for the Treatment of Folic Acid Production Wastewater by Special Microorganisms
Industrial production of folic acid not only consumes a large amount of water, but also generates a large amount of wastewater with high organic matter concentration, high salt concentration, high chromaticity, and very poor biochemistry during the production process.Acidophilic and salt-tolerant special microorganisms have an important impact on the biodegradation of folic acid production wastewater. In this experiment, special microorganisms were screened from folic acid production wastewater and identified as Byssochlamys spectabilis, and its growth curve was plotted. The degradation effect of special microorganisms on wastewater was investigated, and the results showed that:when the dosage of Byssochlamys spectabilis was 10%(v/v),the wastewater degradation rate of chemical oxygen demand(COD)and aniline was reduced in 4 days after reaction.COD and aniline degradation rate were the highest,84.90%and 83.26%,respectively.
