Application of Installation and Maintenance Technology for Screw Connection Pair of Wind Turbine Generator
The threaded connection pair is widely used in wind turbines,the installation requirements for threaded connection pairs of different specifications vary,for example high-strength bolts with thread size above M30,before installation,anti bite lubricant needs to be applied to prevent the bolt from biting during disassembly and assembly;For ordinary bolts with thread specifications below M12,apply thread locking glue before installation to prevent the bolts from loosening.The tightening process of threaded connection pairs directly affects the operational safety of the entire wind turbine generator set.This article analyzes the technical requirements for the installation,maintenance,and acceptance inspection of threaded connection pairs in wind turbines from the perspective of process technology.
