Thoughts on Management Measures of EPC General Contracting Project in Thermal Power Plant Engineering Construction
At present,the demand for electricity is constantly increasing,and the construction industry of thermal power plants is developing rapidly.Thermal power plants have a large scale,and the construction of existing thermal power plant projects is generally carried out through EPC general contracting.In this mode,the construction of thermal power plants generally transfers responsibility to professional units,making the construction process more professional and scientific.On the basis of ensuring construction quality,it accelerates work efficiency and significantly improves construction level.However,the actual homework process is highly technical and involves many processes.There are some technical difficulties in implementing the general contracting model,which to some extent restricts the full play of the general contracting function.Based on this,research is conducted on the management measures for EPC general contracting projects in thermal power plant engineering construction,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the general contracting projects.
