Analysis of the Balance Performance of the Gasholder Piston in the Side Panel Air Inlet Mode
In the ideal state of gas holder operation, the center of the gas holder piston theoretically coincides with the geometric center of the cylinder. However,in actual operation, the instantaneous changes in the intake volume of the gas tank may have adverse effects on the gas tank piston, causing it to tilt or shift.Usually, after the piston tilts or deviates,it can be automatically adjusted to the center position through the leveling device, and the piston is always in a dynamic balance state under force.By analyzing the differential distribution of the piston due to the inlet pressure of the gas holder, the working performance of the gas holder piston balance and leveling device is analyzed.
