Currently,intellectual property has become a strategic high ground for global innovation competition.This article is based on the development characteristics of medical device industry in China,analyzes the main problems in intellectual property protection in the medical device industry,and explores countermeasures to strengthen intellectual property protection in the medical device industry,it is expected to provide assistance for the construction of a strong intellectual property country.
