Offshore wind resources are extremely abundant,and through the construction of offshore wind power projects,wind resources can be transformed into electrical energy for use,thus further optimising the energy structure and achieving energy saving and emission reduction.However,there are many uncertainties in the construction of offshore wind power projects,especially as the construction process inevitably causes damage to the marine ecological environment,and it is an important challenge to look at this impact dialectically and take measures to control and reduce the impact on the marine ecological environment during the construction of wind power projects.This paper takes marine wind power projects as an entry point and focuses on their impact on the marine ecosystem,with a view to providing some reference for the rational planning of marine wind power projects.
