Research On the Legal Issues of the Right to Use Uninhabited Islands in Liaoning from the Ecological Perspective
With the implementation of the strategy of becoming a maritime power, the development of island economy has become popular. As a major coastal province,Liaoning Province has numerous uninhabited islands. On the basis of actively responding to the national call, the development and utilization of uninhabited islands has led to the phenomenon of"island fever"for a period of time, which has caused a series of contradictions, mainly manifested in the contradiction between ecological protection and economic development of uninhabited islands. From an ecological perspective, promoting the rational use of uninhabited islands through legal means is conducive to improving the system of right to use uninhabited islands, maximizing the benefits of comprehensive development of uninhabited islands, maintaining the ecological balance of marine islands, and promoting the sustainable development of the marine economy in Liaoning Province.
