随着新一代信息技术与制造业的深度融合,传统制造升级为智能制造,产业对高端智能装备制造、智能设备的控制与维护、工业机器人编程、高端数控机床编程、逆向工程专业人才的需求越来越多[1]。辽宁省"兴辽卓越计划"项目是新时代高等职业教育提升服务东北振兴的战略部署,是引领辽宁省职业教育发展、深化产教融合、校企合作改革的重大举措,更是辽宁省对高职教育发展从"高水平"向"优质"转型发展的制度设计。基于岗位群相关联的原则,构建以电气自动化技术专业核心,涵盖数控技术、机电一体化技术、机械设计与制造、工业机器人技术的智能制造专业群。
Research on the Performance Evaluation Mechanism of Xingliao Excellent Intelligent Manufacturing Professional Group Construction——Taking Dalian Vocational and Technical College as an Example
With the deep integration of the new generation of information technology and manufacturing industry,the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing has been promoted.The industry has an increasing demand for high-end intelligent equipment manufacturing,intelligent equipment control and maintenance,industrial robot programming,high-end CNC machine tool programming,and Reverse engineering professionals.The"Xingliao Excellence Plan"project in Liaoning Province is a strategic deployment to enhance the service of higher vocational education in the new era for the revitalization of Northeast China.It is a major measure to lead the development of vocational education in Liaoning Province,deepen the integration of industry and education,and reform school enterprise cooperation.It is also a system design for the transformation and development of vocational education in Liaoning Province from"high level"to"high-quality".Based on the principle of linking job groups,an intelligent manufacturing professional group has been constructed with the core of electrical automation technology,covering CNC technology,mechatronics integration technology,mechanical design and manufacturing,industrial robot technology,and more.
