Experimental Study on the Performance of a Rotary Cylinder Viscoelastic Damper Based on Fourier Curve Fitting
In order to solve the problems of large error and low stability of the performance parameters of the"torsional"rotor drum viscoelastic damper under high frequency test conditions, this paper proposes to process the test data to obtain the performance parameters based on Fourier curve fitting. In this paper, the cylindrical damper specimens with given angular displacement and loading frequency are tested. The loss Angle parameters were obtained by using Fourier fitting test data, and then other parameters such as damping stiffness were calculated.Experimental results show that the proposed method has high accuracy and stability, and provides theoretical support for the design and development of helicopter rotor damper.
