With the continuous advancement of industrial development in our country,the importance of mechatronics integration is becoming increasingly prominent,and its use is no longer limited to mechanical manufacturing.However,in practical applications,equipment may experience some malfunctions due to prolonged use or operator errors.In order to improve maintenance efficiency,emergency response measures must be taken to reduce the impact of mechanical and electrical equipment failures,while improving equipment maintenance efficiency.In view of this,an analysis of emergency response measures for mechanical and electrical equipment failures is conducted for reference by relevant personnel.
