Analysis on the Diversified Investment Mechanism of Farmland Water Conservancy Engineering Construction in Liaoning Province
Agricultural water conservancy plays an important role in promoting economic development,reducing losses from flood disasters,increasing farmers'income and grain production,and the degree of capital investment directly determines the effectiveness of agricultural water conservancy construction.There are problems with narrow financing channels,insufficient financial investment,and unclear main body in the investment of agricultural water conservancy in Liaoning Province.Based on the current situation of agricultural water conservancy construction investment in Liaoning Province,the feasibility of establishing a diversified investment mechanism is demonstrated.From the perspectives of encouraging social capital,improving financial support,increasing public financial investment,and clarifying the leading role of government investment,a diversified investment mechanism is constructed to provide reference for accelerating agricultural water conservancy construction in Liaoning Province.
