The rapid development of Personal media has had a profound impact on college students'learning and life.Their network literacy and values have been impacted unprecedentedly,and a series of network anomies have emerged.Therefore,cultivating college students'network ethics and enhancing their network literacy has become a practical problem that universities urgently need to solve.This paper summarizes the performance and influencing factors of college students'lack of network literacy in the self media era through investigation,and then puts forward educational guidance strategies and programs.
