Strategies for Constructing a Public Hospital Performance Evaluation System Guided by Public Welfare
Against the backdrop of rapid socio-economic development,the pace of reform in public hospitals has accelerated,and strengthening human resource management has become an important part of the development of public hospitals.Scientific and comprehensive performance evaluation can improve the human resource management level of public hospitals,and also help to enhance the economic and social benefits of public hospitals.However,based on the current practice of performance evaluation in some public hospitals,there are still many shortcomings that need to be improved.In this regard,the article starts from the current situation of the performance evaluation system in public hospitals,clarifies the design principles of a public welfare based performance evaluation system in public hospitals,and then analyzes the practice of constructing an internal performance evaluation and performance salary distribution system in public hospitals with specific examples,in order to better regulate the medical behavior of public hospitals and improve the quality of medical services.
