Study on Optimization of Hospital Financial Performance Management
With the development and reform of the medical industry,hospitals are facing increasingly severe financial pressure.Traditional methods of financial performance management can not meet the needs of hospitals,so optimizing financial performance management has become an urgent problem.As a comprehensive hospital of great scale and influence,X Hospital also faces challenges and problems in financial performance management.This study takes X Hospital as the research object,through the collection and analysis of relevant data and information,to deeply understand the current situation and problems of its financial performance management.Based on theoretical research and practical experience,the key elements and indicator system of financial performance management will be discussed,and optimization strategies and measures will be proposed,including improving financial decision-making process,optimizing cost control,and improving revenue management efficiency.Design appropriate financial performance evaluation methods and indicators to evaluate the implementation effect of the strategy,and put forward suggestions to help X Hospital improve its financial performance management and enhance its financial operation efficiency and performance level.
