The work quality and development level of electric power enterprises can have a direct impact on the daily life of the broad masses of the people.The production,operation and development of electric power enterprises rely on the internal workers,so the internal workers of electric power enterprises are also in a more important position.At present,China's electric power enterprises are still in the initial stage of development,and the staff education is still imperfect and needs to be improved.This paper aims to discuss the importance of education and training carried out by electric power enterprises for internal employees and the issues and policies related to reform and innovation,so as to provide reference for practice.
