摘要
为提高农业科研单位科研管理效率和水平,从缺少专业人才、管理方式滞后、过程管理不到位及缺乏激励机制等问题入手,提出设立人才培养机制、建立现代化管理理念、加强科研项目科学化管理和重视农业科研档案管理等对策.
Abstract
In order to improve the efficiency and level of scientific research management of agricultural scientific research units,this paper starts from the problems of lack of professional talents,lagging management methods,inadequate process management and lack of incentive mechanism,and puts forward countermeasures such as establishing a talent training mechanism,establishing a modern management concept,strengthening the scientific management of scientific research projects and attaching importance to the management of agricultural scientific research archives.
