摘要
随着科技的飞速发展,半导体产业在我国经济中的地位日益重要.作为产业链中不可或缺的一环,半导体第三方分析实验室在近年来迅速崛起,为新质生产力的发展注入强大动力.本文综述了目前我国半导体产业面临的良率难题、第三方实验室的发展现状以及其提供的相关服务与产品,并讨论了第三方实验室赋能新质生产力的前提条件、路径与方法,以期助力半导体产业实现突破性发展,推动科技向新质生产力的高质量转化.
Abstract
With the rapid development of science and technology,the semiconductor industry has become increasingly important in China's economy.As an indispensable part of the industry chain,semiconductor third-party analysis laboratories have been rising rapidly in recent years,injecting a strong impetus for the development of new quality productivity.This paper reviews the yield problems faced by the semiconductor industry in China,the development status of third-party laboratories and the related services and products they provide,and discusses the prerequisites,paths and methods for third-party laboratories to empower the new quality productivity,with a view to assisting the semiconductor industry to achieve breakthroughs in the development of science and technology and promoting the high-quality transformation of science and technology into the new quality productivity.
