农业科普人员创新能力建设探究

摘要
随着科技对农业发展贡献率的逐年提升,科普工作在实施乡村振兴战略中的重要性日渐凸显.让农业科技真正走进大众,并服务农业生产、提高人民生活品质,科普人员是至关重要的一个抓手,其科普创新能力的培养和提升在强农、惠农中发挥重要作用.本文对当下农业科技科普需求进行分析,结合实际对农业科普传播人员创新能力建设提出扎实基本功、学会讲故事、拓展新渠道、善用圈文化、能作"及时雨"五点建议.
Abstract
The contribution of science and technology to agricultural development has been increasing year after year,popularization of science has become more important in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Popularizers are helping agricultural science and technology to serve agricultural production and improve the quality of life.Its cultivation and enhancement of science and innovation capacity will play a greater role in strengthening agriculture and benefiting farmers.This paper analyzes the current situation of agricultural science,technology and the needs of science popularization.It also puts forward five suggestions for building the innovation capacity of agricultural science popularization communicators:solid basic skills,learning to tell stories,expanding new channels,and making good use of the circle culture.
