摘要
针对农业科研院所科技成果转化中存在的定位和立项不准确、研究基础薄弱、研发团队结构单一、成果转化人才队伍桥梁作用薄弱、激励及收益分配机制不完善、推广资金不足等问题提出相应的对策措施,为促进农民增收、农业增效以及提高科技成果转化率提供科学依据.
Abstract
Aiming at the inaccurate positioning and project establishment in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of agricultural research institutes,the weak research foundation,the single structure of the R&D team,the weak bridge role of the talent team for the transformation of achievements,the imperfect incentive and income distribution mechanism and the insufficient promotion funds,etc.,corresponding countermeasures are proposed,so as to provide a scientific basis for promoting farmers'income,agricultural efficiency and improving the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements.
