Discussion on the Existing Problems and Countermeasures in the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements of Agricultural Research Institutes
Aiming at the inaccurate positioning and project establishment in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of agricultural research institutes,the weak research foundation,the single structure of the R&D team,the weak bridge role of the talent team for the transformation of achievements,the imperfect incentive and income distribution mechanism and the insufficient promotion funds,etc.,corresponding countermeasures are proposed,so as to provide a scientific basis for promoting farmers'income,agricultural efficiency and improving the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements.
