摘要

青年人才是现代科研领域中最具有培养潜力和发展价值的力量,也是国家、机构和企业间综合竞争力的重要体现.构建青年科研骨干人才培养体系,不仅对于青年人才本身的成长有着积极的作用,也有助于打造科研人才体系,为国家和社会培养专业化人才团队.基于此,对当前青年科研骨干人才的培养现状,尤其是存在的问题进行剖析,从制度完善、素能提升、校企合作等方面探讨青年科研骨干人才的培养策略,从而为青年科研骨干人才培养体系的构建与实施提供借鉴与参考.

Abstract

Young talents are the most potential and valuable force in modern scientific research,and they are also an important manifestation of the comprehensive competitiveness among countries,institutions,and enterprises.Building a training system for young scientific research backbone talents not only plays a positive role in the growth of young talents themselves,but also helps to create a scientific research talent system and cultivate professional talent teams for the country and society.The article analyzes the current situation,especially the existing problems,of cultivating young scientific research backbone talents,and explores the training strategies for young scientific research backbone talents from aspects such as institutional improvement,ability improvement,and school enterprise cooperation.This provides a reference for the construction and implementation of the training system for young scientific research backbone talents.
