摘要
随着平凉各项产业高质量发展,水资源短缺问题进一步显现.基于此,分析平凉市水资源利用现状,提出全面优化水资源配置格局,完善提升水资源保障能力的措施,积极解决工程型缺水、季节型缺水、水资源开发利用受限、中心城区水源地建设滞后等问题,促进水资源合理开发利用,为经济社会高质量发展提供水资源保障.
Abstract
With the high-quality development of various industries in Pingliang,the problem of water resource shortage has further become apparent.Based on this,analyzing the current situation of water resource utilization in Pingliang City,measures are proposed to comprehensively improve the water resource allocation pattern,optimize and enhance the water resource guarantee capacity,actively solve problems such as engineering water shortage,seasonal water shortage,limited water resource development and utilization,and delayed construction of water source areas in the central urban area,promote the rational development and utilization of water resources,and provide water resource guarantee for high-quality economic and social development.
