摘要
为了构建生态友好的社会环境,促进水利水电工程的有序推进,相关技术人员要仔细分析研究工程施工和运行对水体生态系统和陆地生态系统的负面影响,并因地制宜地采取环境保护措施,包括完善评价体系、综合评估生态风险、创新优化生态补偿机制以及增强工程相关人员和公众参与环保的意识和能力.
Abstract
In order to build an eco-friendly social environment and promote the orderly progress of water conservancy and hydropower projects,the relevant technical personnel should carefully analyze and study the negative impact of the engineering construction and operation on the water ecosystem and the terrestrial ecosystem.Adopt targeted environmental protection measures according to local conditions,including:improving the evaluation system,comprehensively assessing ecological risks,innovating and optimizing the ecological compensation mechanism;and enhancing the awareness and ability of engineering related personnel and the public to participate in environmental protection.
