摘要
民用直升机PMMEL是为了确保直升机在部分设备失效的情况下,仍能保持安全飞行和着陆的能力.它基于直升机的设计、运行经验和安全要求,列出了在特定情况下可以接受的最低设备配置.主最低设备清单建议书(PMMEL)是主最低设备清单(MMEL)审查工作的基础,直接影响民用直升机运营时安全性和经济性的平衡.本文结合民用直升机型号经验梳理了PMMEL工作要点,可为民用直升机PMMEL工作的开展提供有意义的参考.
Abstract
The civilian helicopter PMMEL is designed to ensure the ability of the helicopter to maintain safe flight and landing in the event of partial equipment failure.It is based on the design,operational experience,and safety requirements of helicopters,and lists the minimum equipment configurations that can be accepted in specific situations.The proposed master minimum equipment list(PMMEL)is the basis for the review of the master minimum equipment list(MMEL),and it will directly affect the safety and economy balance of civil helicopter operation.This article combines the main points of the PMMEL work with the experience of the civil helicopter model to provide meaningful reference for the development of the civil helicopter PMMEL.
