摘要

在空压站生产过程中,空气压缩机是重要的核心设备,它将原动机的机械能转化为气体势能,是压缩空气的气压发生装置,其运行安全直接影响空压站的安全和生产效率.为保证其运行的安全性,可以应用虚拟仪器技术对其进行动态测试,实时监控其运行状态.该技术结构简单、开发周期短、维护调试方便,具有良好的应用效果和发展前景.

Abstract

In the production process of air compression stations,air compressors are important core equipment,it converts the mechanical energy of the prime mover into gas potential energy,it is a pressure generating device for compressed air,its operational safety directly affects the safety and production efficiency of the air compression station.In order to ensure the safety of its operation,by applying virtual instrument technology,to conduct dynamic testing on it,real time monitoring of its operational status.this technology has simple structure,short development cycle,and convenient maintenance and debugging,has good application effects and development prospects.
