Study on Simulation Technology of Flow Resistance Characteristics of Porous Packing Oil Ventilator of an Aeroengine
Taking a porous packing oil ventilator of an aeroengine as the research object,the simulation technology of flow resistance characteristics is carried out.A set of numerical research methods of flow resistance characteristics of porous packing oil ventilator is established.The flow field is solved through simulation modeling,the viscous resistance coefficient and inertial resistance coefficient are corrected according to the test data under typical working conditions.On the basis of simulation calculation,the influence of speed and air flow on the flow resistance of ventilator is analyzed.The results show that with the increase of speed and air flow on the flow resistance of ventilator gradually;The error between the simulation value and the test value of ventilator flow resistance is within10%.
