基于数值模拟的高铁特大转体桥施工安全检测平台

近年来,在跨越既有铁路进行桥梁修建时,为减小施工过程中对铁路营运线的干扰,多采用平行铁路浇筑桥梁再进行转体的方式。本文结合京张高铁赵川特大转体桥工程实例,对施工期间转体桥的重点、难点进行监测,并与计算机模拟仿真数据进行对比分析,获取转体桥的力学性能参数,包括静摩擦系数μs、动摩擦系数μk以及摩擦力偶距等。对桥体各部分进行建模,并建立安全监测预警系统、预警平台和存储介质。在该平台中使用红、橙、黄、绿等不同颜色对施工过程中不同工期、不同位置的桥体进行可视化区分展示,建立了一套完整的桥梁施工安全监测平台。
Construction Safety Inspection Platform of High-speed Railway Super Large Swivel Bridge Based on Numerical Simulation
In recent years,when constructing bridges across existing railways,in order to reduce interference with railway operation lines during the construction process,parallel railways are often used to pour bridges and then rotate them.This article combines the example of the Zhaochuan super large swivel bridge project on the Beijing Zhangjiakou high-speed railway to monitor the key and difficult points of the swivel bridge during construction,and compares and analyzes it with computer simulation data to obtain the mechanical performance parameters of the swivel bridge,including static friction coefficient(μs),dynamic friction coefficient(μk),and friction couple distance.Model each part of the bridge body and establish a safety monitoring and early warning system,warning platform,and storage medium.In this platform,different colors such as red,orange,yellow,and green are used to visually distinguish and display bridge structures at different construction periods and locations during the construction process,establishing a complete bridge construction safety monitoring platform.
