Construction Engineering Project Management Risk and Preventive Measures
The construction activities of construction projects are more complex,there are many unstable factors in the actual construction process,these factors will cause the risk of project management,bring adverse effects to the project management activities,and affect the realization of the construction objectives of the construction project.Therefore,in order to improve the effectiveness of construction project management and ensure the smooth completion of project construction activities,it is necessary to take measures to prevent the project management risks.Based on this,this paper discusses the necessity of risk management and prevention in construction projects,analyzes the characteristics of risk management in construction projects and the types of risk management in construction projects,and proposes preventive measures for risk management in construction projects.
