Design of an Automatic Packaging System for Building Bricks Based on Single Machine Head Bundling
The existing automatic packaging equipment for brick products has prominent problems such as high failure rate,low stability,poor anti-interference ability,and jamming of the packaging belt.The frequency of manual maintenance of the equipment and manual packaging is very high,and the degree of automation is not high,making it difficult to adapt to harsh working environments with high temperatures and dust.The automatic packaging system for building bricks can achieve automation in the packaging and transportation of brick products,replacing manual labor with machines,which is in line with the development trend of intelligent manufacturing.By optimizing the design of mechanical structures such as fully wrapped belts and compression devices,the problem of looseness during the transportation of brick products has been solved,improving the anti-interference ability of the device,and achieving automatic packaging in harsh working environments;The use of packaging tape sensing and detection devices to achieve closed-loop feedback and achieve"secondary feeding"enhances the success rate of automated packaging and lays the foundation for product transportation in the brick product industry.
