普通稠油聚驱后提高采收率技术研究与应用

针对聚合物驱后剩余油分布更加零散、开发矛盾更为突出的问题,研究微界面驱油技术,通过注入高效驱油体系弥补聚合物驱的不足,在室内试验综合评价其主要性能指标的基础上,优化设计注采参数,进行了4个井组现场试验,日增油17。6t,含水下降6。0%,油井见效率82%,自然递减率下降19。1%,预计采收率提高3。1个百分点。微界面驱油技术研究与应用为改善普通稠油聚驱后期开发效果提供了可靠的技术支持,具有借鉴意义。
Research and Application of Enhanced Oil Recovery Technology after Polymer Flooding of Conventional Heavy Oil
In view of the situation that the remaining oil distribution after polymer flooding is more scattered and the development contradiction is more prominent,the micro-interface flooding technology is studied to make up for the deficiency of polymer flooding by injecting an efficient oil flooding system,based on the comprehensive evaluation of its main performance indexes in laboratory experiments,the injection and production parameters are optimized and field tests are carried out in 4 well groups.The daily increase in oil production is 17.6 tons,with a 6.0%decrease in water content,and the efficiency of the well is 82%.The natural decline rate has decreased by 19.1%,and the oil recovery rate is expected to increase by 3.1 percentage points.The research and application of micro-interface flooding technology provide a reliable technical support for improving the post-development effect of conventional heavy oil polymer flooding,and has a good reference significance.
