Research on PLC and Inverter Control Based on Artificial Intelligence Technology
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,its application in the field of industrial control is more and more widely.This paper takes PLC(programmable logic controller)and frequency converter control as the research object,and discusses the control method based on artificial intelligence technology.Firstly,the basic principles and functions of PLC and frequency converter are introduced,and the limitations of traditional control methods are analyzed.Then,the application of artificial intelligence technology in control system is described in detail,including neural network,genetic algorithm and fuzzy control.Furthermore,combined with specific cases,a PLC and inverter control method based on artificial intelligence technology is proposed,and experimental verification is carried out.The results show that the control method based on artificial intelligence technology has significant advantages in improving system performance,adaptability and robustness.Finally,the future research directions and application prospects are prospected.This research provides useful reference and guidance for the intelligent development of industrial control field,and has certain theoretical and practical significance.
