Screening of Special Microorganisms for Cytidylic Acid Production Waste Water and Research on Treatment Effect
Cytidylic acid production wastewater is characterised by strong acidity, high organic content and difficult biodegradation. In this experiment,a strain of special microorganisms, identified as Pseudomonas sp.,was screened in situ from cytidylic acid production wastewater, and the optimal growth conditions were investigated, and the results showed that the optimal growth conditions for Pseudomonas sp.were pH 7,growth temperature 30℃,and shaking table speed 0 r/min;the effect of bacterial spiking on cytidylic acid production wastewater was investigated under the optimal growth conditions.Under the optimal growth conditions, the effect of bacterial dosage on cytidylic acid production wastewater was investigated, and the results showed that the degradation rate of chemical oxygen demand(COD)reached the highest of 45.3%in 72 h of reaction when the dosage of Pseudomonas sp.bacterial solution was 100%(v/v).
