摘要
从黄河流域气象文化的定义入手,对黄河流域的气象文化进行挖掘、整理,从人类历史发展被动地受到气候变化的影响和人类主动进行气象实践以推动气象科技的发展两个方面进行分析,凝练黄河流域气象文化蕴含的时代价值,提出黄河流域气象文化传承发展的思路和建议.
Abstract
Starting from the definition of meteorological culture in the Yellow River Basin,by exploring and organizing meteorological culture in the Yellow River Basin,from the passive impact of climate change on the development of human history,analyzing the two aspects of promoting the development of meteorological technology through proactive human meteorological practices,concreting the historical value contained in the meteorological culture of the Yellow River Basin,propose ideas and suggestions for the inheritance and development of meteorological culture in the Yellow River Basin.
