摘要
本文旨在探讨党建工作与企业文化之间的联系,并阐明党建在引领企业文化建设方面的重要作用.剖析了国有企业党建与企业文化融合中存在的问题,其中包括党建与企业文化建设的意识不强、党建工作浮于表面,党建工作与业务工作缺乏有效的融合点和融合互促措施,党建与企业文化建设的人力资源缺乏等多个方面展开研究,以期促进新媒体在国有企业党建与企业文化融合中的应用.
Abstract
This article introduces the relationship between party building work and corporate culture,elaborates on the practical significance of Party building leading cultural construction,and deeply explores the problems in the integration of Party building and corporate culture in state-owned enterprises.From the perspectives of weak awareness of Party building and corporate culture construction,superficial Party building work,lack of effective integration points between Party building work and business work,and lack of effective integration and mutual promotion measures The lack of human resources for Party building and corporate culture construction has been studied in various aspects,with the aim of promoting the application of new media in the integration of Party building and corporate culture in state-owned enterprises.
