船闸大修安全管理中的风险评估与控制研究

摘要
船闸是水路运输重要的交通设施,起到调节水位、控制水流、保障航道安全的作用.随着时间的推移和使用频率的增加,船闸设备会出现磨损、老化等问题,需要进行船闸大修.在此过程中,风险评估与控制起着至关重要的作用.通过对船闸大修安全管理中的风险进行评估与控制,可以及时发现和消除潜在的安全风险,确保控制措施的有效性.基于此,就船闸大修安全管理中的风险评估与控制展开研究.
Abstract
Ship lock is an important transportation facility for waterway transportation,which plays a role in regulating water level,controlling water flow and ensuring waterway safety.With the passage of time and the increase of frequency of use,the ship lock equipment will be worn and aged,so it is necessary to overhaul the ship lock.In this process,risk assessment and control play a vital role.By evaluating and controlling the risks in the safety management of ship lock overhaul,potential safety risks can be found and corrected in time to ensure the effectiveness of control measures.Based on this,this paper studies the risk assessment and control in the safety management of ship lock overhaul.
