摘要

电解铝是一个典型的能源密集型产业,电解铝项目安全设施设计是决定一个电解铝生产企业在行业中是否具有竞争优势的关键因素.为促进电解铝项目的高质量安全发展,降低生产事故及其造成的损失,必须从工程设计方案上进行优化,着力从源头上抓好项目安全,有效减少或消除有害因素,控制各种潜在的危险源.基于此,本文以我国南方的某电解铝厂为例,详细介绍其安全设施设计方案,以期为实现电解铝行业的高质量与安全发展提供参考.

Abstract

Electrolytic aluminum is a typical energy intensive industry,and the design of safety facilities for electrolytic aluminum projects is a key factor in determining whether an electrolytic aluminum production enterprise has a competitive advantage in the industry.To promote the high-quality and safe development of electrolytic aluminum projects,reduce production accidents and their losses,it is necessary to optimize the engineering design scheme,focus on ensuring project safety from the source,effectively reduce or eliminate harmful factors,and control various potential hazards.Based on this,this article takes a certain electrolytic aluminum plant in southern China as an example to introduce in detail its safety facility design scheme,in order to provide reference for achieving high-quality and safe development of the electrolytic aluminum industry.
