The key to enhancing the influence and competitiveness of mainstream radio and television media,better meeting the new needs and expectations of the people for a better audio-visual life,and meeting the high-definition and ultra high definition broadcasting capabilities requirements of the State Administration of Radio,Film and Television,lies in the transmission of program signals.To achieve efficient,stable,and secure audio and video transmission,designing and implementing an efficient compression coding system has become an important research topic of great value.The audio and video compression encoding technologies commonly used in standard definition broadcasting and television are H.264,MEPG-2,etc.,which are difficult to meet the growing demand for real-time and high-quality transmission of audio and video data.Therefore,it is necessary to design and implement an efficient,flexible,and scalable compression coding system to meet the corresponding audio and video transmission requirements.
