隧道混凝土衬砌层在流固耦合作用下极易受侵蚀离子影响,导致性能发生劣化.为了分析周盘沟隧道衬砌层在流固耦合作用下受侵蚀离子影响的劣化效果,本文调研了钢筋混凝土在不同腐蚀性介质下的劣化计算公式,采用FLAC3D对周盘沟隧道流固耦合作用下侵蚀离子对衬砌层的影响进行数值模拟计算,通过公式计算周盘沟隧道预估使用寿命,旨在为周盘沟隧道运营期衬砌混凝土的养护提供参考.
The concrete lining layer of the tunnel is highly susceptible to erosion ions under the interaction of fluid and structure,leading to performance degradation.In order to analyze the degradation effect of erosion ions on the lining layer of Zhoupangou Tunnel under fluid solid coupling,the degradation calculation formulas of reinforced concrete in different corrosive media were investigated.Then,FLAC3D was used to numerically simulate the impact of erosion ions on the lining layer under fluid solid coupling in Zhoupangou Tunnel.Finally,the estimated service life of Zhoupangou Tunnel was calculated through the formulas.Intended to provide reference for the maintenance of lining concrete during the operation period of Zhoupangou Tunnel.
