摘要

结合我国海上风电运维现状,从机组故障率、运维作业交通方式、运维人员安全问题及运维成本四个方面分析和阐述当前海上风电运维难点,同时探讨和提出相应的风电机组运行维护策略,有效解决海上风电运行维护问题,以期进一步提高海上风电运维能力.

Abstract

Based on the current situation of offshore wind power operation and maintenance in China,this paper analyzes and elaborates on the current difficulties in offshore wind power operation and maintenance from four aspects:unit failure rate,transportation mode of operation and maintenance,safety issues of operation and maintenance personnel,and operation and maintenance costs.At the same time,corresponding strategies for wind turbine operation and maintenance are discussed and proposed to promote the effective solution of offshore wind power operation and maintenance problems,and further improve the operation and maintenance capacity of offshore wind power.
