摘要
如今,科技创新已成为国家发展的重要动力.大型仪器设备作为科研创新的重要工具,共享平台建设和运营对于促进科技创新、提高资源利用效率具有重要意义.基于此,本文通过分析新时期大型仪器设备共享平台的建设政策与现状,从政策层面和建设情况两个方面进行论述,针对现状提出完善政策体系、加强平台建设与运营的相关建议,并对大型仪器设备共享平台的发展趋势进行分析,包括技术发展趋势和行业应用趋势,以期为我国大型仪器设备共享平台的发展提供有益参考.
Abstract
Nowadays,technological innovation has become an important driving force for national development.As an important tool for scientific research and innovation,the construction and operation of shared platforms for large-scale instruments and equipment are of great significance for promoting technological innovation and improving resource utilization efficiency.Based on this,analyze the construction policies and current situation of large-scale instrument and equipment sharing platforms in the new era,and discuss them from two aspects:policy level and construction situation.Propose relevant suggestions for improving the policy system,strengthening platform construction and operation,and analyze the development trend of large-scale instrument and equipment sharing platforms,including technological development trends and industry application trends,in order to provide useful references for the development of large-scale instrument and equipment sharing platforms in China.
